When I called Fidelity tech support about this a long time ago, no one there seemed to know how to correct this problem. They "made a note" of the "issue" for me.

Well, Bill, that's because you are the only person in the world to have ever had this problem. hahahahahahahahahaha!

A long time ago Fido told me to set it to zero but I was having problems in the first 10 mins. of trading.

I talked to another support guy and he said "Don't quote me on this..but if things are too active and limits are being reach someone set to zero might be dropped first"

That's all I know.Not even sure exactly what he meant.
