If you file a law suit and win you will get big compensation.
In class actions the laywers pocket the lion share and give peanuts to the poor customers. These class actions are just a scam to make those greedy rich for nothing.
Remember how Philip Morris (or some tobaco company I dont remember) gave millions to attorneys to settle the case brought by the flight attendants but the poor attendents who inhale 2nd hand smoke got a big $0.
