>>Hopefully people will start getting fed up with big brother suing every successful business<<

What if the business in question has a management whose intent is to become "big brother" themselves?

There is nothing new under the sun and MSFT is certainly nothing but old money with a new face.

FWIW

i agree the doj news has kept msft down relative to other techies
for more than a year now.if this socialist harassment hadent been
going on who knows where the price would be.this pullback is just
gravy on top of what would be a really REALLY high valuation.(i.e.
internut stocks)msft is a money freight train and those oppose it
or watch it go by,well......sooo long.
