For someone who acts like they cannot be wrong on this, I would love to see what your short position is on DELL.

You and Lucretius need to form your own thread entitled :

" We were too stupid to invest in DELL, so now we are forming Crybabies-R-Us.Com "

and when graham died in 1976...he left an estate of $3m....

the student sometimes excels...as did buffett...take a sound logical premise, adjust accordingly to the times, improve upon and succeed...

if a teacher such as graham, believes his philosophy is cast in stone..then he fails his own course...

the premise of success in life as in investing is to educate and be educated...formal education from the best of schools means nary a thing if we forget the human quality of humility...

manic confidence in oneself...allows the guard to be put down, without knowledge or belief of vulnerability..

unlike you, i respect buffett, for he still retains a human side, he admits his errors....very few are perfect...

my education was on the streets, not far from the superb business school you attended..i'm thankful that in spite of success, brought about thru hard work, that my qualities and beliefs of treatment of others and their ideas has not clouded my judgement...many tend to see their view as the only set of eyes to gaze through...that can be deemed not an endearing quality...for one set of eyes has not the capacity to view a rather broad world of opposing beliefs..
