djane: No idea about I* today. My guess is the same as G* general weakness - managers are pressed to make money today. If the stock can not make them money today, they go to stocks which give the impression they can. I think both I* and G* will go lower from here. Later this summer the focus will be on G* as the time horizon to money gets short enough for many managers to tolerate. That link you supplied was nice ( marketguide.com ) as it shows the strength of G* to come, ~62% of shares held by institutional holders (same for Loral). That is a good sign that the long term people favor it. Whether it is due to the partners holdings or not, it still shows long term confidence by someone.

Congrads on having some 'dry powder' to spend on G*. I have no luck in that reguard but full confidence in the long term outlook. We should be sitting pretty in 2002.
