The splits on CTRN and ECTS were cancelled. It was the USAT split then went thru. This is according to DLJ. I called Hill-Thompson this morning al;ong with the pink sheets and both of them told me there was no 15c211 filed for any of these companies. I asked how are they trading but just got a lot of "I don't knows" I have covered ECTS but still hold the other 2 short. So Pluv, when do we start negotiating to sell the movie rights? I sure wish I taped that phone call to topstock when Mike broke down and gave me the true story on Tosto, it was truly a moment to behold. BTW did you notice that Tosto was awaiting sentencing, I wonder what charge that relates to. Do you have any idea if anybody has yet been charged with fraud relating to this issue?
