I suspect it will be in the internet/e-commerce space. Good chance of a partnership of some form. Perhaps even offering their own outsourcing capability. Agree that an acquisition of a public company is extremely unlikely.

There was an unnoticed mention during the last Conference Call that they are going to announce a new call center services. Is there some service that they provide to link customers to buisnesses using call centers and the internet?
