The bloodbath has just begun. Do not lead these people over a cliff. Technically, this stock is very sick. Prepare yourself for 10 short term and probably sub 5 medium term. The recent financing sealed its fate.

What makes you think the company will qualify for a Nasdaq listing? Even the company's own Web site (http://www.wordcruncher.com/investor.html) says they are "working toward" getting a Nasdaq listing. There are listing qualifications you know, even to get on the Nasdaq SmallCap. My prediction is that this stock will continue to tumble and eventually reach a stabilization point with the price moving up and down in a narrow band around the stabilization point for many months. My prediction is that the stabilization point is somewhere around 5-7 dollars a share.
