Using illegal wire taps to ensnare someone is illegal, is it not? It certainly such evidence would not be admitted in any court in the U.S. I suppose it is ok if you are on a crusade to find EVERYTHING out about every illicit sexual encounter and then use it get and then to expose every misleading testimony about it. It is ok and done in all cases to keep witnesses without counsel to coerce testimony. Let's all coerce Mothers for the possible testimony they may be able to give from conversations they may have had with their daughters. Let's deprive defendants of confidences with their attorneys. Let's not really define what charges they face. It's ok to release one sided reports, complete with every detail except those exculpatory ones, straight out to the public without letting the defendant even seeing it first. It is ok to surmise what happened and ignore conflicting facts that destroy your premise. It's ok to neglect to mention your involvement with and assistance to civil attorneys suing your target while seeking expansion of your investigation of your target. Not to worry about leaks of grand jury testimony. OK to ignore the legal niceties of what constitutes perjury? How about your listing the precise instances of perjury before the grand jury that so offends your high moral standards. Regarding my "dependence" ... People begin to root for the underdog when they see such dirty tactics being used against him. Your heroes are more of a threat to us with their misuse of the system, just like Nixon and McCarthy, than what Clinton did. You are so hung up on "LIES" (as if you never heard of one in a lawsuit) that you are willing to go along with illegal measures to accomplish your political goals.
