Just use your common sense. If a company needs cash, and they license their bread and butter which addresses a large market without getting the cash that they need, then the deal is PR, not a deal.

I know NTII well. I was in on the institutional offering a few years ago at 3 1/4. Rode it to about $7, and stayed with most of it back down to levels that I don't like to think about. Jeff Price, the former CEO, was right up there with Mitch of IMGN. And, he was handcuffed with a Board that gave bad advice from a biological stand.

I presume that John De Castro is still contributing to the NTII thread. Try asking him..... he knows the company and, IMO, sets high expectations. Use your common sense regarding upfronts.
