Jeffrey: Just use your common sense. If a company needs cash, and they license their bread and butter which addresses a large market without getting the cash that they need, then the deal is PR, not a deal. I know NTII well. I was in on the institutional offering a few years ago at 3 1/4. Rode it to about $7, and stayed with most of it back down to levels that I don't like to think about. Jeff Price, the former CEO, was right up there with Mitch of IMGN. And, he was handcuffed with a Board that gave bad advice from a biological stand. I presume that John De Castro is still contributing to the NTII thread. Try asking him..... he knows the company and, IMO, sets high expectations. Use your common sense regarding upfronts. Rick
