You agree not to use the service for the transmission of junk mail, spam, chain letters, or unsolicited mass distribution of e-mail. but why argue. just put in a disclaimer that you are a paid PR person, and people can look at your profile. I don't care either way myself. As far as pr people go, you are fairly tame, and pretty up front. no skin off my back. forget I said anything.

As long as your conduct is with in the terms of use, you should not have your privileges revoked, assuming that every effort is made possible with out spaming to make your full disclosure apparent. When you first started posting originally on this thread you cross posted too much regarding other Tilton subsiduaries, but as of recent you have settled down. I personally want you to continue posting on this thread as long as it is TNRG specific. Please continue to keep us abreast of your knowledge of Tilton's activities , of course with out to much pumping, but I do expect a little promotion because that is of course how you are compensated. You should make up a small unobtrusive disclaimer that includes a link to your site and pertinent details that you cut&paste on posts , just a thought Best Regards WB

Below is T A P's response to the email SI Admin (Bob) sent to us in regards to certain posts, still, in his opinion are not in Violation with SI Terms of Use. Of course SI disclaimers say it is up to SI to determine when and if Terms of Use are being violated etc.. I have included here Paragraph B in Terms of Use. B. You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes or for the transmission of material that is unlawful, harassing, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, tortious, improper or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes or may infringe the intellectual property or other rights of another. I ask all SI posters to read posts listed below and give your honest opinion whether these posts were any of the things listed above in Paragragh B,then email your replies to T A P & SI. To SI Admin (Bob) Please give me the addresses of all upper management of SI. I would like a 2nd , 3rd and 4th opinion on the posts in question from SI personel, CEO, V.P., Managers, etc....obviously your not the person to speak to about violations as these posts # 100, 213, 238, 240, 267, 291 on SOWK to name a few, are clearly a violation of your terms of use. Your ability to interpret them as violations is very questionable and I intend to take this to vote amongst the posters of SI. For you to hide behind SI disclaimers does not make it right and will not hold up amongst the moral majority who pay for your service and expect violations of Terms of Use to be dealt with in a fair and prompt manner. I will be posting this response on certain threads immediately to let SI members be aware of this situation.
