OK, just asking.:) As an alternative to your half-a-brain theory (which is looking pretty good so far), how about this - There's a (non-public) software company called Imagex ( imagex.com )- maybe they want the name/shell and are buying up the stock. Actually, this would be an example of, as opposed to an alternative to, your HAB theory. Unless they've done a lot of DD and cleared up some of the skeletons. As I recall there are about 20,000,000+ shares outstanding, so they will have to make a pretty big investment just to get the shell. Oh well, back to the real world of investing ...
