You are comparing apples and oranges !! And trying to make sense of it. There is no comparison!

1. Ebay is a totally different kind of auction site - they
facilitate parties getting together to auction their goods.
BII has a business to business and business to consumer model.

2. You are quoting EBAY's current enrollment in the largest
internet market in the world after they have been listed for 9
months to BII's enrollment prior to even coming onto the US
market.

3. You neglect to remember that the Canadian market is small and
that if a comparison was done according to internet availability
and population that EBAY probably would have been very similar to
to BII at BII's stage of development. (if you are inclined to
make enrollment comparisons)

4. You also conveniently forgot to consider that when BII is
listed on the Nasdaq and the Dublin, Ireland office is opened
in 90 days that BII will have a very large consumer base. In 9
months after listing on the Nasdaq, perhaps a consumer base
comparison would be interesting. That would be the only one
because they are 2 different companies.

5. BII has the cash to provide for its growth right now and will
have a lot more when the sound cards are shipped and billed.
