It will be back. I think stable value will end back up around 40-45, I still like them on a national level picking up on AOL scraps. There is room for a second large national retail ISP. There ad campaign says that they don't have AOL pop up ads, for the not technical folks many don't realize you can turn these things off. AOL is all about easy of use, there is an all about speed market waiting to be tapped.

Bottomline, as a long up to a 50 target I still think they have merit.
This does not mean flipping and scalping can not be done well.

You mileage may vary, but I like PRGY much better than some of the 25 guys and warehouse with a T1 lines going into it internet companies, aka IMON

PRGY - stay away from this crappy company. Couldn't make it as a content provider, now trying to be an ISP, but still the same results - no subscribers.
