No comments because I really don't follow this deal. Why would I waste my time following a deal that jacks it's stock up to $ 7.00, raises several Million dollars on a convertible debenture, and then refuses to report it's financials? I don't have any time or patience for this kind of thing. Having said that, I still suspect it will take another run which it seems to have begun already. If I were a long term shareholder I would be very interested to know where all the money went and what they have to show for it. I would want to inspect any physical assets and proof of purchases myself, and I would want to know exactly who was paid what, and where these people are now. When an established business with even a modest track record raises over 5 $ Million, you can have some measure of comfort that the money will be spent wisely. When you have a start up with no track record and presidents and board members leaving after a pile of cash has been raised, there is cause for some serious investigation. I don't have time to perform such due diligence but would be very interested to hear if someone does. The truth will either show true merit or cause even greater concerns, but a lack of knowledge is a fools game. Las Vegas probably has the same odds; always stacked slightly in favor of the house, of course. ontopequity.com
