Last year BAC tried to set this up and it collapsed like a house of cards. This sounds much better. They had to make it free since it is in their interest to encourage remote transactions instead of supporting branches. I will be investigating this thoroughly. Thanks for the alert.

E, I agree, on-line banking is a natural, and the days of brick and mortar banks are numbered, IMO. It is a testament to the banking industry's anachronisms that even though all of their own money tranfers have been done electronically for years, they still cut and mail paper checks from on-line bill payments. AARGH!!!
