Will the price of CMOZ go up..? COSMOZ.com has reported several major developments in the last month and with their last press release on Friday announcing a co-branding agreement with Finations.com, I don't think anyone can argue that this type of activity is beginning to bring considerable attention to the play... What do they have that brings value to the play..?

Investorsguru.com currently has content or advertising affiliations with Amazon.com, Conducent Inc., Trend Traders LLC, AdVenture Network, Zacks Research, Delphi Forums and World Wide Quotes. I am assuming that these relationships were structured to have a revenue stream. And the recent relationship with Fination.com certainly sounds like it has the potential to generate considerable revenue with over 100 newsletter publications for sale. Fination.com is a significant player in the private investment newsletter clearinghouse arena with a huge database of on-line customers. And their qualility and success is proven in the following statements, "many of the newsletter publishers that you will find at Fination.com are featured regularly on CNBC, CNNfn, Bloomberg TV, and The Nightly Business Report... and Fination.com's premium content and services have been recognized by Time Magazine, the Washington Post, Smart Money Magazine, Tech Gazette, and several other news organizations."

So what more is planned for COSMOZ.com over the next short while which will add further value to this play, 1) they are currently negotiating to two acquisitions, i) to acquire a company that holds the licensing rights to an operating online gaming business, and ii) to acquire the U.S. online distribution rights to a line of recognized brand name products and very importantly, 2) the COSMOZ.COM Web site is under construction and the company expects to launch cosmoz.com near the end of the month.

One last comment... as with all internet plays, the next major sign that COSMOZ.com is serious and that others are taking them seriously is when they conclude a major financing... no question this needs to occur before the next price cycle can begin... all I can say is that most of the other interent and e-commerce plays began this way and look where their prices are today...
