Gary, I thought the test was fair. OTOH, Intel is fully aware that Megahertz Sells (TM McMannis) and so what if they have to dumb down the chip to get stability at 500 and beyond. Average consumer only knows MHz. Even if KNI is a bust...there is still MHz. OTOH, the CPUID thingy needs to be completely removed. I heard today that selling your picture ID off your drivers license to a company that offers the database to credit card companies was actually funded by the US Government/Secret service!!!! That will open up some cans of worms. Intel couldn't have picked a worse time to offer the clipper chip/big brother inside BS. Jim
