Good piece. Also a great commentary on the current madness afflicting the analytical crowd. Even with a slow dawning realization that the the great PC rocket ride is over, they attach PEs that are insane. From our point of view, Dell looks like one of those nags that one can now comfortably saddle up and ride. (g)

Gary and All, Barron's had a fluff piece on Dell this week. Although another guy was the author, I think MD really wrote it. All tout, with no mention of the ridiculous price levels are the silly expectations. Such as, how can a co. with 13% of an industry's production sell for more than the revenues of the entire industry? Especially when the industry is heading south? <g> But such questions have no place in touty fluff pieces.
