I think it is obvious that with Jach's interest in the board, he is either short or has puts. But it's nice to have some balance. Personally, I think the risk of shorting this stock other than as a daytrade is really risky.

Paul,
I think Jubak is partially correct and partially wrong.
Why? Growth in PCs fodes well internet and hence internet
gear makers. One cannot totally discount that fact. But the
world is growing and other parts of the world needs lot of
infrastructure.
He also mentioned that high fliers like CSCO, EMC, MSFT may have
to be adjusted to be in line with "historical" (my own word)
premiums for the leaders.
But one thing that is clear is that networking industry has very few competition (little later LU, NT and to some extent COMS).
So such a drastic turn-around in this sector is highly unlikely.
The main movers are:
1) break-down of economy
2) incredible technological break through (highly unlikely as
adaptation will have to go through standards, marketing etc).
So my "don't worry be happisco" will be valid for a foreseable future IMHO.

ATTN: Jach and all

I'm sure I'm not the only one who has enjoyed the civil interaction between Jach and everybody else in his last few posts. Jach obviously has info that we can indeed find value in.

Perhaps we can all benefit from each other rather than rattle each other's chains all the time. I applaud this occurrence and vote we continue this trend.

Any takers out there?

Have a good weekend, all.
