Rogue and ALL,
As strange as it may sound, I am kind of happy and relieved now that I know where we stand. It's not what any of us had hoped for but if nothing else, it puts an end to the "guess games" we all have obviously grown very tired of.
Assuming that we have a legally valid contract, my guess is that this litigation process will be very short lived.
