CYOE - yes holding short over the w/e and comfortable about it -
if it runs next week so be it (short more :)) I think at the end of the day so to speak this co. has no where to go but down.

Just came back from my daughter's school play - was there any resolution as to the put/halt debate? I guess someone has to call
a 'real' broker ;) to get an answer we can feel comfortable with.

All of you who are worried about CYOE over the weekend - suggested bedtime reading - 10Q's Oh and while you are at it go to their website and see the press releases where they spend time responding to Petrie of the Street.com - I would think they had better things to do...like run a co.

According to a MLP broker, options CAN be exercised at any time by the holder, even during a halt in trading of the securities involved. If the holder fails to exercise prior to option expiration, a potentially profitable position can be lost. Brokerage firms do not necessarily automatically exercise in the money options on expiration day.

Options should halt when stock halts. Market maker in options might simply be off or a late print.-Steve
