Warrants can be exercised for $2 per share of common stock, and $5.50 per share of preferred stock.

Depending on what one paid for the warrant this may or may not be a good deal. Time will surely tell what the average Warrant holder paid for his warrants.

Anybody who paid less than $1 should be happy, anybody who paid more than that should will probably be concerned (to put it mildly) right?
