From yhoo board: "FROM THE HORSES MOUTH" IPO registration "very soon". Seems the SEC is behind on IPO filings. Road show concurent with filing. IPO wol look like $500 mil mkt cap...could double on IPO day...NAVR will keep 60%. Sooo 60% of $1Bil is $600/16mil shares=$37.50 for net radio part...NAVR without debt is worth about $7/share...Sooo we could see $44-45/share after IPO. That's the time to write covered calls at about 12%/month!!!
