Ice: Could not have summarized it better. Like you, I'm not holding my breath with respect to SEC action. I've been beating this "bogus accounting/reporting issue" for years, and next to nil has ever happened. The SEC has full knowledge of the MU situation as an example, but I expect that little will occur. We'll have to wait until the earnings are so bad that even my kids' hamster can see that there are "some difficulties starting to surface" (CNBC) Best, Earlie
