Fella you know the SEC Enforcement Division is going to laugh you out of the country. First this guy is merely forming his opinion which people do all the time. If the SEC come down on all the folks that do that then their small staff would be doing nothing else. Also he is not in a profession such as a broker or provider of an investment letter that people would tend to focus on or pay a great deal of attention to. I think even in Russia they are still allowed to say they think a companies management is bad or a company is not what they claim it is. And talk about the kettle calling the pot black. You speak of ztect with no proof of anything and in same paragraph you claim the guy has his own financial gain at stake. You might have trouble proving that. Sometimes people are concerned about the how gullible others are and want to help them. I doubt he could ever dream of shorting a stock this cheap, even if it is headed lower. So lets make some sense. I tend to think this guy likes to take part in debates and truly believes this company is going nowhere fast.
