To anyone who cares on a Friday afternoon.... Amazon.com is usually mentioned when a book purchase is talked about. But here is a site that ranks some 25 internet book sellers after you identify the book in which you're interested. And they do it by including postage so you get a real cost ranking. acses.com As a result, my last two purchases were from shopping.com. Prior to that it was A-1 Books. And yes, one of those purchases was Tom's book! As a result of this thread I read Chapter 6 first..haha!
