Stock is not marginable for 30 days. marginable. That has nothing to do with shortable or other areas, just marginable. No ruling is hard and fast. "No vehicles in the park". DOes vehicle mean bike , car, skateboard, etc. Nothing is exact. Plain letter of the law doesnt work. Only case law and precedence determines many things. And noone wants to stick theirnose outon the line. Look at me, I hedge much of what I say, but I present what I know to be the regulations. 0Steve@yamner.com btw...didnt take it as a strike against us...i get layup improvements all the time for clients, without working, but i was just explaining how they come about.
