You are right Maurice it is a good case study and has been fun to update every year. I am now confronted with the difficulty of getting it all covered in two sessions of one and one half hours. Students are invariably left stunned as I talk about the PrimeCo rollout 2 weeks after the WSJ article titled Jacob's Patter. The problem is that with 15 minutes to cover the stuff from 1986 to present all the nuances of 3g and Ericsson's nefarious bluff barely get the attention they deserve.
