ALFN - I took profit and got out too soon. But it doesn't matter. Point is to take the profit and move on. Don't always try for maximum gains.

Even if you get out too early at least you get a profit and can put it into something else and take more profit, etc, etc.

I sold 10,000 UPGD at 0.50, didn't want to, but also didn't want to kick myself later for not having done so. I do not care it continued to $5. At least I still had 1/2 that I sold along the way.

I always sell something on a run. Nothing wrong with taking 100 or 200% profit.

If you wait too long you could end up taking a loss.

My motto - all stocks are crap. Get out with profit as fast as you can and move on. Although others here do hold longer than me and get better profits on some stocks. But in the end it is hard to say who has made more, the guy that held for 500% profit, or me that moved on and flipped 2 or 3 others for 50 - 200% on each, while the other guy had no money left to play.

Everyone has their own investment style. Hell I've never even visited the web sites of most of these companies. Afraid to, I just might like too much what I see...

Oh I forgot, PRYD - this is very risky. I put $1500 in it, for me that is a small amount that I throw at extreemly risky plays.

I was watching it for about an hour, waiting for the bid to be more reasonable, then someone bought 15K and I said to hell with it, I'll get some.

I figure I'll either get out at $1 or .125, 50% loss or 300% gain. 50/50 chance it goes either way.

I wouldn't buy at current ask. If you have some cash to risk a 50-75% loss you might try to see if they'll take a buy at .25 - .30, you don't always have to buy at the ask.
