One of the more radical ideas to come along, although it would initially apply to heavily traded Nasdaq stocks, is the plan by E*Trade, Datek and other online brokers to "cross" their trades internally amongst their own customers, without using a market maker. For example, if you wanted to sell company XYZ at a certain price, and I was willing to buy it at that price, the trade would be executed amongst the brokers, instead of going to a MM. IMHO, MMs are nothing more than pimps!

Attention all DGIV'ers' I've been in dgiv since last year and bought in at 6.00. I'm hoping for a dgiv run soon. For those in the same position as me i thought i would mention this while dgiv comes back. New stock rattling the cages right now being compared to KTEL The stock is ONTV and is is worth your dd. It closed today at .82 up .60 However this is just the start. Please do your dd but I'm hearing a gap up on Monday and a friday close much , much higher. I'm sorry for the intrusion here, but I just had to advise you of this new opportunity. Roger.
