Brett,

Thank you for clearing that up for me. I thought Watley experience would make up for lack of speed. I was wrong. Thank you very much for your prompt response and I am looking forward to start trading soon.

Klaus

Hi brett, Any idea when the Account options in UT will be fixed so it shows the correct fields and letters and amounts?

For some strange reason my account equity yesterday showed what my margin was (ie amount of money I borrowed from ABW) and I got a heart attack and then my buying power went way below where I could not buy anything. So I sold off everything but I only had like 25% of equity to buy anything.

Now I really like this.
Please Note:
Effective immediately, our clearing firm, Penson Financial Services is raising the overnight equity maintenance requirement on certain Internet Stocks to 50%, due to the high volatility of the stock market. This will only be applicable in accounts where the market value of internet stocks exceed the total equity in the account. Any margin calls issued will be due within three business days at the latest, and may be due in a shorter period of time depending upon market conditions. Currently, the only stocks that will be subject to this increased maintenance requirment are:

AMZN AOL ATHM BAMM BCST BVSN CDNW CHKPF CMGI DBCC EBAY EGGS INSP LCOS MACCR MSPG NETA NSCP OMKT ONSL RNWK SDTI SEEK USWB XCIT YHOO

NETA is an internet crazy stock??? Its trading at a P/E of like 20! I bring this up cause it is one of my main holding and the stock I had invested/traded the most and just this one thing would make me close my account as I cant take the chance something will happen. Also CHKPF is trading at a P/E of around 20 as well. Dosent people actually read anything before making up stuff like this?

But I dont see TMCS in there which dropped from 60 to around 30 in under a week.
