T2k,
If you just revisit the written testimonies of all the witness of DOJ, and be calm down and thinking, what do you think DOJ has proved so far ?

What are they going to find MSFT guilty of? Appeal what? Although Boise has perfected the art of reading internal memos what external act would MSFT be specifically guilty of that has been to the detriment of the consumer. The courts are not a referee to be used by competitors to disable a superior foe in the market place. I really would like to know what this judge is going to find against MSFT. He has already been overturned on the IE/OS tying in the last case. I really can't see what this is really all about and it has a lot of people - other than the MSFT haters on this board- scratching their head concerning what MSFT is really guilty of. AOL and NSCP are thriving as is Sun so where is the damage to anyone?
