BrewSKI (pun intended!!) Take a lesson with a trained and qualified instructor. It is money WELL invested. They'll get you on some shaped skis of the appropriate length (you'll be a short!). You will have a great time. The worst thing you can do is to just head up the hill and hack your way down. Bad. Bad. Bad. If you see any telemarkers (free heel skiers, that's my gig...wouldn't lock my heel down for a week of killer TAVA press releases.)
