HELLO SURG>>>>>>>ANYBODY HOME ??? While you guys do whatever it is you do......things are passing you by. This company is severly mistaken if they feel all they have to do is worry about their products while ignoring investement relations. WAKE UP SURG. You could have the best company in the world with the best products and service, yet your stock will suffer if you don't WAKE UP and realize how much more there is to having a succesful publicly held company. There are absolutely shi**y companies whose stock price rises hundreds of %, simply because they realize investor relations is more then half the game. This company does absolutely nothing to get their name out...nothing to increase trading volume...nothing to attract potential investors...and they do not keep current shareholders abreast of anything. I am quickly losing my patience with this company...not because I don't believe in them, but because they don't believe in themselves or us as shareholders. The following is a perfect example of things they should be doing...especially if they have something as good as they say they do. All this quietness, makes me very uneasy about the future prospects. Please read below and all opinions are welcome.

This event, seventh in a unique series of Discovery Expos, was organized by The Investment Reporter, a
Southern California-based financial newspaper.

The Expo brings together undiscovered companies and high-profile growth fund managers, analysts,
stockbrokers and sophisticated investors in a one-day event. These key players will have a chance to
become acquainted with the products and services, top executives and future outlook of participating
NASDAQ and OTC Bulletin Board-listed firms whose stock represents opportunities for appreciation.

''Mid-cap and small-cap companies tend to fall off the radar screen no matter how well they are doing
financially,'' said John Robbins, publisher of The Investment Reporter. ''The financial market needs to
find growing companies whose shares have further upside potential and these companies want to be
discovered. Discovery Expo '99 is a convenient way for them to find each other.''

The Investment Reporter and Expo participating companies can be found at www.w3otc.com.
