Re: the 1.8 Billion "bigger commitment to supporting the upgrade," I read that as an acceleration of the plan that was already in place, and the voice telephone features you mentioned. They will step up the pace of upgrades, in other words, but not the payload capacity, that any one of them could deliver. Where cable modem was available prior to the DOCSIS-enabled upgrades, they will remain as such, and be treated as a separate continuum. At least that is my take. Dave Horne, can you comment on this?
