Question - why did it take until 3 pm for the stock to react to the news?

TO ALL,

WOW, what a week! I can't even begin to express how excited and elated I am by, not only yesterdays news, but all of the press releases since the beginning of the year. First, announcement of first lottery and cybrymall (e-commerce) sites to come soon, followed by announcement of contract and alliances with said entities. Next, said entities to be on-line with target date of March 1st. Incredible! This is moving much faster than even I had anticipated. I believe it would behoove every investor to go take a thurough look at the current website of our new allie in the e-commerce arena.... ichargeit.com ....keeeping in mind that this is just a small sampling of what is to come! The graphics are wonderful and the process and fees to become a member of this cybermall seem very competitive.

**************************MY SPECULATION********************************

I want to start this section by re-asserting my postion on WINR. First, I am an investor, NOT a trader in this companies securities. I and my associates now control between 1 1/2- 2% of the float in this company. We began buying last February (our first block just went long term (12 months)) and have been accumulating on dips, and sometimes peaks, ever since. We have yet to sell a single share! We have had many opportunities to take very large gains in this venture (and could at this point) but, as I have stated before I would not even attempt to trade this stock.

I would now like to take a little time to explain what I feel has been affecting the stock price in a negative fashion over the last few weeks. I WANT TO MAKE IT PERFECTLY CLEAR THAT THIS IS ALL SPECULATION ON MY PART! I don't believe what we have been experiencing has been Market Maker induced. I think the MM's have been playing the spread strictly on this issue niether becoming too long or too short on it. What I do believe has been happening is that one large holder of unrestricted shares has been liquidating their position in an "orderly" fashion. You might ask: Swedelo, why in the world would someone sell such a huge position if this is going to be such a great company. My answer (speculation). As many of you have noticed, the shares outstanding increased by approx. 1.3 million shares around the 1st of January. I was subsequently advised by Tim Rue at Columbia Financial Group, that WINR was, and is, working behind the scenes, on a major marketing campaign. Many small start up companies lack the cash to pay for such campaigns and I feel they may have made a trade of unrestricted stock and convertables in exchange for this and other services, this is not uncommon. Remember, WINR "paid" CFG for their services with 600,000 shares of stock and 600,000 convertable warrants, I feel the same thing may have happened here. My point is that whomever is liquidating cares nothing about speculating on WINR's future value, they just want to be remunerated for their services NOW and at a fair value (a bird in the hand if you will). If you study the charts over the last 3 weeks you will notice the volume stayed consistently in the 200,000 to 300,000 range until we hit 1 9/16 x 1 5/8. Then it dried up. why? I feel that whomever is liquidating has given instructions to do so at an average price of $2/share, no less! thats the reason volume dried up at 1 5/8. They had sold a lot over $2, but at that point had also sold a lot under $2 to meet their average. If you notice volume stayed light until we hit $2 on the bid again when a size seller jumped back into the fray. What does this mean. Well, first, it appears they aren't through selling just yet (still have some position to liquidate). Second, anything under $2 is a buy (which I have been doing) as what they are doing is serving to keep the price artificially depressed.. Third, this is actually a very good and healthy thing to get such a huge block out of the hands of a dis-interested party and into the hands of a number of smaller but more loyal investors. Fourth, one or two strong volume days over $2 should allow this seller(s) to clear out their position. If I am correct about this, and I re-iterate that this is totally my SPECULATION, this is exactly the time to be buying, before this seller finishes liquidating.

*****************************THE FUTURE**********************************

Well it appears that March 1st is definitely a red letter day for WINR and all it's share holders! David, through e-mail presented here, has indicated that an entirely re-worked web page and issuance of WINRs Debit Card are imminent. A new sports book, on-line lottery and cybermall all have target dates of March 1st. Press release insinuates that this cybermall will be the first of many, that will be a part of, shoppingdowntown.com , the CyberLink Monetary System and the CyberLink Trust! All of the pieces seem to be coming together in a very quick and orderly fashion.

Many here have insinuated that the only thing that will move this companies stock price is revenue numbers. I couldn't disagree more. What is going to move the stock price is the consistent growth and exposure that the company is quickly bringing to a head. I personally don't expect "great" first quarter numbers, as they have spent this quarter getting up and fine tuning the system. I think Q2 and Q3 will be much more important in terms of revenue figures as I expect phenominal growth as the on-line community becomes familiar with WINR, its' affiliates, and there capacity to fill a huge void in the international e-commerce industry.

I hope this has helped answer some of your questions. I know I have left a lot out, but there is so much to this story it is incredible. For you traders that are at a loss, I feel for you, but I do think you should strongly consider making this an investment venture. For any day traders trying to figure out when to buy and sell by my postings....don't. Remember I am an investor, and as such my time horizons are always no less than 12 months in the future so trying to day trade off anything I might speculate on is way to short-sighted.

Finally, it has come to my attention that there are rumors floating out there in cyberspace concerning me, my intentions here, and possible affiliations with other on-line entities and varying screen names. I will try to answer this with as succinct a disclaimer as possible, so its there for the SEC if they want it!

*******************************DISCLAIMER**********************************

I have but two cyber identities, Swedelo and my real name. I choose not to use my real name or give out my e-mail address because I wish to remain anonymous for privacy reasons only. **********************************************************************************

I hope that clears up any misconception out there about me being a part of some sort of unscrupulous on-line con scheme. I would appreciate it very much if anyone notices on other threads that I am being portrayed in this manner that you would please direct me to them so I might have an opportunitty to correct their mis-statements. Thank You, and as always......

Best Wishes,
Swedelo
