maybe they were being forgot about..but since it is

"One dollar rule" involves domestic stocks only. There is no minimum stock price for foreign stocks (e.g. ACNTF). This question was discussed on Yahoo ACNTF thread. Check out the link:

P.S. Actually ACNTF has some problems with NASDAQ listing (see other rules) and can be delisted at the end of February.
