FYI, I have got two of those "$10 gift certificates" within the last year. All I did was to sign up for some "Amazon Eyes" or something, and tolerate some junk mails from them... OK, here is the mail that I got from Amazon... "Dear Eyes Subscriber, We wanted to tell you how glad we are that you're using Amazon.com Eyes, our service that sends you updates on newly released books from the authors and subjects you selected. As a small way of thanking you for participating, we'd like to give you a $10 Amazon.com gift certificate...."
