William I have read the blab from the marketwatch and did not learn
any thing new. I thought that analyst should provide data and analyze it, hence the word analyst. What they provide in this article is what they think not what they concluded from the following data...
I assume that every one thinks but that does not mean it's rational or correct.
If you base your investments on the following information then you
might be in trouble in long run.

The profit outlook for Net stocks is
positive and some stocks could reach new
highs in the second half of 1999, the
analysts said in notes to clients released
Friday.

"Within a few weeks, we should be
refocused on fundamentals. Underlying
trends appear upbeat, with most
companies we follow prepared to show
strong March-quarter results," said
BancBoston Robertson Stephens analyst
Keith Benjamin in his weekly Web report.

He said he expects Amazon.com (AMZN)
to show sequentially higher revenue,
"demonstrating that e-tailing is becoming
