I'm going out on a limb here, John, but I think that, basically, Cien cannot enter into a merger; a stock-swap. Prior to the end of the pooling restriction which resulted from the insider options repricing, Cien can only acquire or be acquired for cash.

Well, if I'm wrong, I've laid plenty of bait for someone to come in and set it straight. ; )
