Yarg...Dell doesn't have anything to bring to the Lycos party. Six day inventory models don't fit in an environment requiring more than six days for a payback.
On that line it's my opinion the only reason for getting AV out as a pubicly traded company is to build the hyperinflated currency (stock) that it takes to make the M&A deals we are seeing. CPQ is paying with hard cash right now to buy assets it hopes to add value to the AV entity. The sooner AV is released, and forget about who gets what, the better for CPQ. CPQ needs to have the monopoly money it takes to play that game and that is what AV is about.
