On insider trades..... Sorry if this has been covered already.....I scanned many old posts but couldn't find the answer to my questions. On these folks who have filed form 144's: biz.yahoo.com 1) Can we assume they haven't actually sold yet, since no form 4 has been filed yet? 2) Since these shares are restricted, how did thesee folk come to possess them.....were they perhaps involved in the private placement from back in Sept.? Would appreciate any feedback, heatseeker
