Gary No, we are not in a bear market but if the market continues to overheat which I think it will due to Y2K panic spending/ frontloading..and Greenspan has to raise rates watch out below.. Remember a few months ago, I said this market was going DOWN and everyone laughed, and I also said the only way it would be saved is if Greenspan lowered rates. Well the same to the upside. If he has to raise all bets are off. Of course nothing is exact, but the danger is certainly there. SO if I think I can get in much cheaper than now why bother.. regards Don
