HA! were you fired by Microsoft ? I do not quite understand why you said that the trial is healthy and that DOJ had a good case ? And I do not even know what you mean by giving other idea a chance !!!! What ideas ? If your idea is not as good , and you product is not as good , it is your own fault to be a looser. Say if your IQ is only 70, will you suit the guys who had an IQ of 140 and be succeessful ? Blame your parents !!!!!!!!!!! If you can not win in the market , blame yoursel who can not work harder or come out with a product which will be accepted by the consumers. NSCP had access to the market , the only one to be blamed for NSCP's failure is NSCP itself. Microsoft did not use a gun to force consumers buying IE, it is just a free choice of consumers. So, why do you want to encourage the use of political force to penalize success ? Because , you are a loser in Microsoft campus, you had deep hate on Microsoft in your heart, and that is the only explanation !!!!!!!!!!
