Don, I think you hit it dead on: never underestimate the mass stupidity of people. Also known as the Lemming effect with the dumbest lemmings in the front. You could be right about the end of the year. Dave B

Don we are in a bear market. Look at any sector away from the technology giants, look at most stocks not in the top 10% market cap. New lows are arriving on the down days at an increasing rate, you can pick up strong earners for cheap. Mutual fund flows have stopped and what's left is used to buy the slight dips of the liquid issues, not the 40-80% discounts available. Speaking of Rambus, this Morgan Stanley comment comes in the midst of heavy options activity by MS, as mentioned in the news item: Message 7924176
