Robert,

>He assured me that no one who is allowed to trade has any information
the general public does not. I took that to mean the preferred share holders know no more than you or I concerning what may or may not be in store for GMGC.<

I guess the market-makers don't have a clue what's going on here then.
That's funny! I've already been jacked around twice trying to sell this stock. Maybe Markman can explain why.

>He also stated that the vast majority of shares are held by small
shareholders who can be easily influenced by those who "weave the facts to make their case, cause panic and make money." And that it is us, the shareholders, who really control the price.<

Weave the facts, MY ASS! Ask Mr. Markman if he didn't know his shareholders would suffer (and lose) when he did this debenture deal. All I'm hearing here is executive lip service.

>As far as the preferred shareholders, he did not beleive they were shorting - but either holding on for the future or making their money on the stocks volatility. He said they had nothing to gain by shorting "unlike some of the folks on the boards".<

That's funny. There are over 5 million shares short on this company now. It must be idiots like me! LOL. I've ALWAYS gone long here! I've never lost a dime here. I must be disgruntled, right?
