Jack, a GSTRF/Palm VII relationship does sound plausible to me. Reasons listed below:

-From the BusinessWeek article
Qualcomm Inc. has built Palm software into its new PDQ wireless phone.
-As we know, GSTRF has exclusive use of QCOM's CDMA technology.
-To add to the mix, CSCO/MOT announced a wireless development relationship last week at the wireless conferences in New Orleans.
-To my knowledge, COMS hasn't announced any such wireless relationship. Wouldn't a COMS relationship with LOR/GSTRF then make sense if it's sworn enemy (CSCO) has one with MOT/IRIDF?
Thus, to the layman, a GSTRF/Palm VII relationship would make sense.
Wireless access anywhere using a Palm VII using GSTRF -- sounds good to me. I love the advertising possibilities...
FYI. I never heard any rumor of a IRIDF/Palm relationship.
Jack, please feel free to correct any of the above info. I do appreciate your input on such matters.

Respectfully, djane
