Short term it helps. Low price may attract more day traders to continue playing it. But after all those funds get out, watch out below. I have to agree with him, the reason Dell has not crashed more is because of the manipulation of funds. They have too much to lose. They are going to exit gradually, and after that, expect some downgrade, or at least quite revise of earnings.
