yu, to get specific answers to you questions you'd probably want to call Merril Lynch. I wasn't too interested in the other MITTs, as the SPDRs are comparable and pay dividends. Of course there is no guarantee that you'll get your money back, as there is with the MITTs.

I see RUM started trading on 9/24/97 when the RUT was 450ish. Today it's at 392.30, a fall of 12.82%, but RUM has fallen only 10.62%. I suppose that's a premium for the guaranteed return of capital, or perhaps just a market inefficiency.
